Welcome to Om369. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Om369 website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Om369, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email, Google, or Apple ID. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the Platform to harass or exploit others
- Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
The Platform may allow you to submit journal entries, messages, reflections, or community posts (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Om369 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, and process it to operate, improve, and personalize the Platform.
You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Om369 incorporates artificial intelligence to generate responses, reflections, and spiritual guidance. While our goal is to offer meaningful insights, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. The responses are generated automatically and may not always reflect truth, context, or human understanding.
- AI responses are for informational and self-reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to psychological, medical, legal, or financial guidance.
- You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the AI content. Any actions, decisions, or changes you make based on AI-generated guidance are made at your own discretion and risk.
- Om369 LLC-FZ is not liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
- If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or require medical or psychological support, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. By using Om369, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, software, and materials on the Platform (excluding User Content) are the property of Om369 LLC-FZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without express written consent.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Firebase, Microsoft Azure). Om369 is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.
You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings.
Certain features of the Om369 Platform may be available through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, offered via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By purchasing a subscription or item within the app, you agree to the following:
- Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with the app store’s terms.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Om369 LLC-FZ does not collect or store your payment information.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation policies and timing are subject to the respective app store’s terms.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy of the app store through which the purchase was made. Om369 LLC-FZ does not issue refunds directly.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or spiritual effectiveness of AI responses or other content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Om369 disclaims all liability for damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Om369 LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
